Login
User can login to this portal using valid email id and password. On successful login, user is redirected to the portal's dashboard.
Note:
* The portal provides an option for auto-authentication by storing the authentication information(token) in browser cookie. Subscriber can accept the cookie consent for auto-login. If the consent is accepted, the user will not be asked for authentication unless the token is expired or the browser cookie is cleared. Cookie has a pre-configured expiry period. * If cookie consent is not accepted, then the information is just stored temporarily until browser is closed.
Dashboard
The dashboard provides various statistical information for different partners.
To the left of the Profile icon, a help link is also available, clicking on which Wiki documentation of the product gets opened.
Change Password
The portal provides change password option for logged-in users. This option gets displayed by clicking user's profile icon in the drop-down list. Logged in user needs to click this menu item to change the old password.
Changing password prompts for:
- Old Password
- New Password
- Confirm Password
Then user needs to click submit button.
Note:
* Error message gets displayed if the old password is incorrect. * Error message gets also displayed in case the new password and the confirm passwords don't match.
Forgot Password
This option enables a user to reset password in case it is forgotten. Link for this is present in the Login form itself.
Steps to reset the password:
Step 1: User needs to click on 'Forgot password' link to bring up the reset password form.
Step 2: User needs to enter email id and click on "Generate OTP" button. An OTP gets generated and sent to the entered email id.
Note:
* The email id should be the registered one otherwise the request gets rejected.
Step 3: After providing the OTP, an email is sent to the user with a new Password.
As a result, user can login next time using this new password.
User Management
In this section user can view, add and modify system users. The existing list of users can populate various masters and configure application specific parameters.
On the right of each existing user, status (terminated/active/block) is displayed along with the options to block, unblock and delete system users.
To add a new user in the system -
- click on Add User button at the top right of the screen.
- A new row gets created to enter the email id of the new user.
- Click on save button.
Once the user is added, a link with a system generated password is send to the new user registered email id. Using that link, new user can login to the system.
Payment Gateway
User can view, add, modify or delete payment gateways supported in the system. The payment gateways configured here is available to different partners at the time of partner signup.
All existing payment gateways are shown with their individual description along with their parameters.
For any modification in existing payment gateways, user can click on the edit icon at the right of each payment gateway which will redirect the user to the edit page of that payment gateway. User can edit the payment gateway's name and description and save it.
To add new payment gateway in the system, user can click on 'Add New' button at the top right of the payment gateway list.
On clicking the Add New button, user gets redirected to a form where he/she can enter payment gateway name with description, add new payment gateway related parameters, select supported countries and save it.
For removing any payment gateway from the list, user can click on red cross icon, right to the edit icon.
Country Master
User can view, add and modify countries in this portal which will be available for all partners during signing up in the system for selecting the country.
All existing configured countries are shown with their country names and country code.
To add a new country, user can click on 'Create New' button at the top right of the screen and provide the country name and country code, and click on save button.
Any modification on existing records can be done by simply editing and saving by clicking on save button.
Search operation can also be performed for a country by entering the country name or country code in the top left search input box.
Currency Master
User can view, create and update currencies in this portal which are available to different partners at the time of signing up in the system for selecting the currency.
All existing currencies are shown with their currency name and currency code.
To add a new currency, user can click on 'Create New' button at the top right of the screen and provide new currency code and currency name and click on save button.
Any modification on existing records can be done by simply editing and saving by clicking on save button.
Search operation can also be performed for a country by entering the currency name or currency code in the top left search input box.
Reports
User can view reports on selecting the type of report he/she wants to view from the drop-down which is pre-populated with all available reports in the system.
Based on user selection, report with its corresponding input parameters is displayed in the screen. After entering the input parameters value, user can select the format i.e. HTML, PDF or Excel to view the report which opens in a separate tab of the browser.
Audit Trail
User can view and track the activities in the system performed by other existing users. In the Audit Trail View page user can view the history of activities with all other details i.e. user id, record date, activity, activity type and activity params regarding that activity.
Search operation can be performed by providing relevant values in fields User Id, Start Date, End Date (Date Range for which user wants to see the records), Activity, Activity Type for filtration. The record set(s) according to the entered values are displayed. Message is displayed if no record is present for given input values.
There is no mandatory field in the filtration criteria field set. If no data is entered in any of filtration criteria then on clicking search button, all the records are displayed.
Pattern searching or String searching is enabled for User Id, Activity and Activity Type.
